Interventions

"Cloud Sports" Group:Send "Cloud Exercise" videos to parents and provide them with feedback on physical examination reports
Time-restricted eating Group:Daily eating time is limited to 10 hours or less
Intensive Exercise Group:Schedule exercise >= 3 times per week, with intervention times distributed between Monday and Saturday
Comprehensive intervention Group :Receive a combined intervention guidance of time-restricted eating and supervised exercise, limit the daily eating time to 10 hours, and >=3 times a week, 60 minutes

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Grades 3 to 5 of primary school; 2. Diagnosis of obesity (WS/T 586-2018. Overweight and obesity screening in school-age children); 3. Sign the informed consent form and agree to participate in this experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with serious diseases such as malignant tumors; 2. Have a history of bariatric surgery, or have taken weight loss drugs or received lifestyle intervention in the past 12 months; 3. Those who have taken drugs that may affect the results of the study in the past 6 months.
