Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria for the refractory hypertension group are in accordance with the 2020 edition of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Refractory Hypertension: on the basis of lifestyle improvement, the blood pressure cannot be controlled below 140/90mmHg with three or more antihypertensive drugs (including one diuretic) in sufficient doses and with reasonable combinations

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of malignant tumors, severe systemic infectious diseases, hematological diseases and organ transplantation; 2. Severe heart failure, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, etc.; 3. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction, etc.
