Interventions

Observation group:The frequency of blood pressure monitoring adopts the principle of 0-2-5: blood pressure is measured once before medication (0 o clock), blood pressure is measured once 2 minutes aft
Control group:The frequency of blood pressure monitoring is every 15-20 minutes before and after medication (0 o clock), and the input speed is adjusted by monitoring blood pressure, and it is changed

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years old; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for aortic dissection formulated by the European Society of Cardiology, with systolic blood pressure >=140 mmHg; 3. Have complete case data; 4. In the acute stage (within 14 days of onset); 5. Patients and their families fully understand the content of the study, voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form; 6. No serious heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ insufficiency.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute coronary syndrome, hypertensive encephalopathy, acute stroke, acute heart failure, severe atrioventricular block, etc.; 2. Age>75 years old; 3. May be allergic to uradil or have other drug contraindications; 4. The patient refuses to accept the relevant treatment plan.
