intervention group:The auricular therapy group will receive Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)-based individualized auricular interventions, including auricular acupuncture, auricular seed pressing, a
control subjects:The control group will receive standard rehabilitation guidance, including postoperative respiratory exercises and dietary advice, without any auricular-related intervention.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years, pathologically diagnosed with lung cancer and have undergone surgery; 2. No history of chronic cough prior to surgery; 3. ECOG (Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group) performance status score <=2; 4. Willingness to participate and signing of informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Concurrent active pulmonary infection or postoperative pneumonia; 2. Visible skin disease, inflammation, trauma, or other conditions at the auricle that make auricular therapy unsuitable; 3. Received acupuncture or auricular interventions within the past 6 months; 4. Presence of severe systemic diseases involving the heart, brain, liver, or kidneys, or tendency toward malignant recurrence; 5. Inability to complete assessment questionnaires independently or refusal to cooperate with researchers.
