Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >= 60 years old; (2) Patients diagnosed with osteoporotic fractures through X-ray, CT, or MRI scans; (3) The types of fractures are hip fractures, vertebral fractures, proximal humerus fractures, and distal radius fractures; (4) The permanent population residing within the research area can be continuously followed up; (5) Not participating in other research projects during the same period; (6) Clear consciousness, with the ability to recognize and understand words, able to express inner feelings clearly; (7) Be aware of the purpose of this study, sign informed consent, and voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with critical illness or conditions that may change at any time; (2) Patients with periprosthetic fractures, old fractures, or pathological fractures; (3) Individuals with cognitive impairment.
