Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria of participants will be (1) have at least one first-degree relative diagnosed with colorectal cancer, (2) age between 40 (or 10 years younger than the youngest first-degree relative at colorectal cancer diagnosis) and 75 years, (3) have not received a colonoscopy in the past 10 years, (4) able to read and speak Chinese, and (5) consent to participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria will be (1) a personal medical history of cancer, (2) a member of the family with known colorectal cancer high-risk syndromes such as familial adenomatous polyposis, and (3) a diagnosis of cognitive impairment or other mental illnesses.
