Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Thyroidectomy (either unilateral or complete) due to thyroid malignancy; 2.All patients were treated in the same treatment group; 3.No distant metastasis; 4.No history of neck surgery; 5.Sign informed consent before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with thyroid surgery or radiofrequency ablation; 2.Patients with parathyroid disease or preoperative blood calcium abnormalities; 3.Tumor surrounding tissue invasion (trachea, recurrent laryngeal nerve).
