Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Elderly patients aged 65 years or older who underwent surgery in the Department of Trauma Surgery due to femoral fracture caused by trauma; 2.Normal intellectual and cognitive functions; 3.ASA grade 1-3; 4.Normal MMSE score; 5.No history of mental illness. Participants must be informed of the information related to the trial and sign the research informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.A history of neurological diseases such as craniocerebral tumors, cerebral hemorrhage, and large-area cerebral infarction, or a history of mental illnesses such as depression and dementia; 2.Severe anxiety and depression after surgery, or severe complications such as pulmonary infection, pulmonary embolism, and cerebral infarction; 3.Currently participating in other experiments or refusing to participate in the experiment; 4.MMSE score <= 26, those allergic to esketamine, etc., and those with dementia.
