Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Part 1: Research on the Development of Tools for Artificial Intelligence to Automatically Label Cartilage Case group: Over the age of 18; meeting the 2010 ACR/EULAR RA classification criteria. Control group: Over the age of 18; asymptomatic individuals. Part 2: Research on the Correlation between Ultrasonic Evaluation of Cartilage and the Progression of Bone Erosion Case group: Over the age of 18; meeting the 2010 ACR/EULAR RA classification criteria; disease duration less than 2 years; involving one or more joints of the bilateral hand MCP2-3, PIP2-3, and bilateral knee joints. Control group: Age > 18 years old; asymptomatic individuals.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Part 1: Research on the Development of Tools for Artificial Intelligence to Automatically Label Cartilage Case group: The presence of other types arthritis, excluding osteoarthritis, in the joints under consideration; the presence of other rheumatic or immunological diseases; the presence of deformity of the joints in question; a history of traumatic injury; a history of surgery or other injection therapy; and the presence of pregnancy. Control group: The joints under examination are involved by rheumatic and immune diseases, etc., and there is a history of pain, deformity, injury, surgery, or other injection treatments in the joints under examination; pregnancy. Part 2: Research on the Correlation between Ultrasonic Evaluation of Cartilage and the Progression of Bone Erosion Case group: The presence of other types arthritis, excluding osteoarthritis, in the joints under consideration; the presence of other rheumatic or immunological diseases; the presence of deformity of the joints in question; a history of traumatic injury; a history of surgery or other injection therapy; and the presence of pregnancy or the planning of pregnancy during the study period. Control group:The joints under examination are involved by rheumatic and immune diseases, etc., and there is a history of pain, deformity, injury, surgery, or other injection treatments in the joints under examination; pregnancy.
