Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients visiting the weight management outpatient clinic of the clinical nutrition department of the hospital, adult patients who plan to undergo weight management; 2. Age>=18 years old; 3. Able to cooperate with dietary surveys, willing to manage weight through dietary adjustment, nutrient supplementation and exercise, and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from serious chronic diseases, or combining multiple underlying diseases; 2. Patients with viral hepatitis, alcoholic fatty liver, organ failure, severe liver and kidney insufficiency; 3. Suffering from severe mental illness; 4. Acute and chronic infection; 5. Weight fluctuations in the past 2 months>=5 kg; 6. Receiving weight loss treatment (including medication, surgery, traditional Chinese medicine, etc.) in the past six months or currently; 7. The amount of alcohol consumed by men exceeding 25 g/d and women exceeding 15 g/d; 8. Pregnant and lactating women; 9. Those who are unable to cooperate for various reasons.
