Control group:Routine dietary guidance (energy 25-30kcal/kg/d, protein 1.5g/kg/d)
Experimental group:Routine dietary guidance +TY008 protein component 125ml/d, and a small amount of oral supplements with meals (energy 25-30kcal/kg/d, protein 1.5g/kg/d)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with primary malignant tumors of the chest over 18 years old, regardless of gender; 2. Patients with serum albumin at 30~40g/L, NRS2002 score greater than 3 points, and medical nutritional needs; 3. The condition is relatively stable, and the life expectancy is not less than 12 months; 4. No parenteral nutritional support; 5. Those who can tolerate enteral nutrition.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are using other nutritional preparations that may affect the test effect or are allergic to product ingredients; 2. Participate in other interventional clinical trials (including drugs, nutritional preparations, medical devices, etc.) within 4 weeks before screening; 3. Serious diseases in the past 3 months, such as severe infection; 4. Hepatic and renal insufficiency (transaminases greater than 2 times the upper limit of the normal reference value range, CKDG3a stage or above); 5. Those who have received nutritional preparations in the past and are intolerant or allergic to nutritional preparations.
