Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1?Age 18-75 years; 2? In accordance with the diagnostic criteria of“Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke 2018”, and confirmed by cranial CT or MRI, the presence of unilateral new cerebral infarction and dead lesions; first onset; stable vital signs; Unconsciousness disorder; 3?Unilateral hemiplegia and Brunnstrom stage >=III were found in all cases; 4?The course of the disease within 6 months and nearly 1 month without aggravating trend; 5?Mini-mental state examination (MMSE) score>=20; 6?The patient and family informed consent and signed informed consent; 7?Be able to complete all tests.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1? People with mental or cognitive disorders; 2?Combined with arthritis, joint injury, severe osteoporosis or fracture, such as the impact of motor function diseases; 3?History of venous thrombosis or bleeding tendency; 4?Cardiovascular Diseases (heart failure, unstable angina pectoris, aortic stenosis, arrhythmia, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, ST-segment depression) ; 5?Combined with serious underlying diseases, dysfunction, systemic infection and malignant tumors, can not tolerate rehabilitation training.
