Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes mellitus; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for patients with diabetic retinopathy, stage III and IV, and the refractive interstitium of all patients is clear; 3. Patients receiving PRP treatment for the first time;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Fundus diseases other than diabetic retinopathy, including previous uveitis, branch retinal vein occlusion, central retinal vein occlusion, macular degeneration, high myopia, glaucoma, etc.; History of previous ocular laser therapy and ocular surgery, and recent use of analgesic drugs 2. Concomitant mental illness or family history of mental illness, severe intellectual or cognitive impairment, severe heart failure, respiratory failure. 3. Refusal or inability to tolerate music therapy; 4. Pregnant and lactating women.
