Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gender: Female; 2. Age:>=18 years (including subjects in age groups <30, 30–39, and =40 years); 3. One of the following populations: (1) Patients with clinical manifestations of infections caused by different reproductive tract pathogens (e.g., *Neisseria gonorrhoeae* [NG], *Chlamydia trachomatis* [CT], *Ureaplasma urealyticum* [UUR], *Ureaplasma parvum* [UPA], *Mycoplasma hominis* [Mh], *Mycoplasma genitalium* [MG], *Herpes Simplex Virus Type II* [HSV II]); (2) Patients with vaginitis, cervicitis, urethritis, or other conditions caused by reproductive tract pathogen infections other than the specified types (*Neisseria gonorrhoeae* [NG], *Chlamydia trachomatis* [CT], *Ureaplasma urealyticum* [UUR], *Ureaplasma parvum* [UPA], *Mycoplasma hominis* [Mh], *Mycoplasma genitalium* [MG], *Herpes Simplex Virus Type II* [HSV II]); (3) Individuals undergoing physical examinations; 4. Complete PCR clinical testing for reproductive tract pathogens.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Samples with biological contamination or obvious microbial contamination.
