Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. obese (BMI index>28); 2. hyperlipidemia patients (fasting serum total cholesterol>5.72mmol/l, or triglyceride>1.7mmol/l, or low density lipoprotein<0.9mmol/l, or diagnosed with hyperlipidemia by a medical examiner/clinician). 3. Age under 60, gender is not limited.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with cognitive impairments or mental disorders; 2. Pregnant women or those planning to become pregnant; 3. Individuals who faint at the sight of blood or have pathological hypotension.
