Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Pathologically confirmed esophageal squamous cell carcinoma patients; 2.Without prior radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or any other anti-cancer treatments before surgery; 3.Complete clinical data; 4.No other primary malignancies and no prior history of cancer;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previously received chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or immunotherapy; 2.Presence of a family history of psychiatric disorders, documented neurological disease, or incomplete past medical records; 3.Subjects with severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal dysfunction, active infection, hematologic disorders, or concurrent malignancies were excluded; 4.History of esophageal bleeding or overt signs of impending perforation; 5.Patients with incomplete clinical data; 6.Patients with poor treatment compliance and non-compliance with experimental requirements.
