Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily participate in the trial and sign the informed consent form; 2. Age 18-70 years old; 3. Have passed the physical activity preparation questionnaire screening or approved by a physician before participating; 4. Be able to communicate normally and cooperate with questionnaires; 5. Do not participate in other related studies involving the promotion of healthy lifestyle (physical exercise); 6. Have a smartphone and be able to access WeChat and the Internet through your smartphone. 7. Meet the diagnostic criteria for hypertension in the 2018 Revision of the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension, systolic blood pressure >=140 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure >=90 mmHg, and be diagnosed with hypertension.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with secondary hypertension; 2. Patients with severe or hypertension whose blood pressure is not effectively controlled (i.e., resting SBP>=180mmHg and/or) DBP>=110mmHg; 3. Patients with pulmonary hypertension, severe hypertension, hypertensive crisis, unstable stage III hypertension, hypertensive encephalopathy or rapidly progressive hypertension, or other serious complications, such as severe arrhythmias, tachycardia, heart failure, unstable angina, and obvious adverse reactions of antihypertensive drugs that cannot be controlled; 4. Patients with malignant tumors or hypertension with left ventricular ejection fraction less than 55%, combined with aortic valve, mitral valve, tricuspid valve, pulmonary artery stenosis, mitral valve, tricuspid valve, pulmonary valve severe regurgitation, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, acute infection, fundus hemorrhage, diabetic acidosis, lower limb gangrene, severe hypothyroidism, renal insufficiency. 5. Accompanied by injury to motor organs, bone and joint surgery < 1 year, such as hip and knee replacement surgery, spine surgery, etc. 6. Unable to understand or answer questions or complete questionnaires due to subjective or objective reasons; 7. Those who are not suitable to participate in clinical trials in the opinion of the investigator.
