Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 14 or above (including 14), gender not limited; (2) Years of education >=6 years; (3) Have symptoms of depression with PHQ-9>=5, anxiety (SAS>=50), or insomnia (ISI>=15); (4) Voluntarily participate in this trial and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Depression, anxiety and insomnia symptoms caused by organic factors; (2) Symptoms of depression, anxiety and insomnia caused by psychoactive substances (3) There is an unstable physical illness; (4) Those with severe suicidal thoughts or who have engaged in suicidal behavior within the past four weeks; (5) Those who cannot use smartphones smoothly; (6) Those who, in the judgment of the researchers, are not suitable for inclusion in this study.
