Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for acute myocardial infarction; 2. Age >= 18 years old; 3. Complete coronary angiography (CAG) and major examination items during hospitalization; 4. The medical records are complete, and the follow-up methods are clear. Telephone or outpatient follow-up can be conducted.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Merging severe cardiac diseases such as severe cardiomyopathy, rheumatic heart disease, and congenital heart disease; 2. Expected lifespan < 6 months due to other severe systemic diseases (such as acute stroke, terminal stage of malignant tumors); 3. Absence of complete or critical variable records in medical records, making inclusion in the analysis impossible; 4. Patients with interrupted follow-up or those who refused to cooperate with telephone follow-up; 5. Patients with elevated troponin levels due to non-cardiac factors such as trauma or surgery.
