Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntary signing of the informed consent form; 2. Age >= 20 years old; 3. According to the "Expert Consensus on Tubal Patency Testing", and based on the patient's medical history and examination results, it was diagnosed that the couple suffered from infertility due to "female tubal factors"; 4. Couples who, according to the judgment of the treating doctor, need and are willing to undergo IVF treatment;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those where either the male or the female has a genetic disorder; 2. Those where either the male or the female has a systemic disease; 3. Those where either the male or the female suffers from mental illness; 4. Those undergoing ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection) fertilization procedure; 5. Women over 40 years old; 6. Women with diminished ovarian function; 7. According to the researchers' assessment, it was determined that they were not suitable to participate in this study;
