20 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinically diagnosed low rectal cancer; 2. Preoperative indication of T2-3 or expected to achieve R0 resection via ISR (intersphincteric resection) surgery; 3. No distant metastasis elsewhere; 4. Age between 20 and 75 years old; 5. No history of severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases; 6. Patient and family willing to provide informed consent for participation in this clinical trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Concurrent presence of other tumors; 2. Patients with multiple primary cancers; 3. Patients who withdrew from the study midway for other reasons; 4. Patients with concurrent intestinal obstruction or incomplete intestinal obstruction; 5. Cases where poor blood supply at the anastomosis site was detected intraoperatively; 6. Patients who received neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy prior to surgery; 7. Patients with concurrent diabetes, hypertension, coronary heart disease, or other comorbidities.
