Control group:No probiotic supplementation before surgery
Experimental group 1:Oral administration of Bifidobacterium brevis
Experimental group 2:Infusion of a mixture of Bifidobacterium yeast and normal saline from the distal end of the colostomy tube
Experimental group 3:Take oral Blasilla yeast and infuse a mixture of Blasilla yeast and normal saline from the distal end of the colostomy.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathological diagnosis of colon cancer and/or rectal cancer; 2. Patients who have undergone temporary enterostomy; 3. Patients who can collect complete clinical data; 4. No contraindications to enterostomy reduction; 5. Patients voluntarily and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with rectal cancer with clear pathological diagnosis confirming distant metastasis; 2. Patients with colorectal metastasis whose primary disease is other malignant tumors.
