Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Voluntarily sign a written informed consent form; 2.Aged >=40 years; 3.Patients with guideline-diagnosed type 2 diabetes comorbid with overweight or obesity;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients at CKM syndrome stages 3 or 4; 2.Presence of severe infections at the time of screening (e.g., diabetic foot, severe pneumonia, etc.); 3.Pregnant women or those planning pregnancy; 4.Inability to undergo long-term follow-up due to health conditions (e.g., malignant tumors, dialysis, severe cardiac, pulmonary, or hepatic insufficiency, or relocation); 5.Individuals deemed unsuitable for participation in the study based on the investigator’s judgment.
