18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age ranges from 18 to 80 years old (including 18 years old and 80 years old, regardless of gender). 2. The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification is grade I - III. 3. The surgical scope does not exceed three lumbar spine segments. 4. The body mass index (BMI) is less than 31 kg/m². 5. Able to understand and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with infections at the puncture points where block analgesia is planned. 2. Patients with abnormal coagulation function. 3. Patients with liver insufficiency. 4. Patients with kidney insufficiency. 5. Patients who are allergic to the drugs in the research protocol. 6. Patients with mental disorders. 7. Patients who have been taking opioid analgesic drugs for a long time (the duration of taking drugs is no less than one month). 8. Patients undergoing a second posterior lumbar spine surgery. 9. Patients who have participated in other drug-related clinical trials within the past 30 days. 10. Pregnant women.
