18 Years to 23 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Over 18 years old, male or female; 2. Participate in the current training program for more than one year; 3. Have not experienced high-intensity training or participated in large-scale competitions within two weeks; 4. Gastrointestinal symptoms in previous training/competitions; 5. Voluntary participation in the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have severe gastrointestinal diseases; 2. Received prolonged antibiotic treatment within the last 1 month; 3. History of Clostridium difficile infection in the past three months; 4. Have just undergone major surgery; 5. Those who are allergic to bacterial powder or ingredients; 6. Subjects who are unwilling to enter the study.
