Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children Under 6 Years of Age Scheduled for Otologic Surgery Under General Anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Contraindications to laryngeal mask airway (LMA) use Patients scheduled for combined procedures requiring endotracheal intubation (e.g., laryngeal and/or neurosurgical surgeries) Congenital or acquired airway abnormalities History of difficult airway management Patients/parents refusing to provide informed consent
