Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinically diagnosed with varicose veins of the lower extremities, and CEAP grade is C2~C6; 2. Color Doppler ultrasound of the lower extremities suggests saphenous varicose veins; 3. Those who have received microwave ablation of varicose veins of the lower extremities combined with foam sclerosing agent injection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute thrombosis of the main trunk of the saphenous vein; 2. Combined DVT of the lower extremities; 3. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction, coagulation disorders; 4. Pregnant and lactating women; 5. Infection at the surgical site; 6. Varicose veins secondary to deep vein compression or occlusion, such as Buchiar syndrome, iliac vein compression syndrome, etc.; 7. Those whose general condition cannot tolerate surgery.
