Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Pathological diagnosis of adenocarcinoma; 2.Siewert classification on the basis of preoperative computed tomography (CT), gastroscopy, intraoperative findings and postoperative specimen examination; 3.Postoperative pathological diagnosis with a TNM stage of pT2-4a N0-3bM0; 4. RG or LG; 5.Tumor esophageal invasion <2 cm; 6.Complete TH approach.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy, neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy; 2.Remnant gastric cancer; 3.Emergency surgery; 4.Preoperative endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR) or endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD).
