Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 65; 2. Body mass index (BMI) : 18-30 kg/m^2; 3. It is classified as Grade I-II by the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are contraindicated or allergic to disodium phosphopropofol, propofol or tramadol; 2. Those with severe heart and lung dysfunction or liver and kidney insufficiency; 3. Patients with brain diseases or mental disorders who are unable to communicate or express themselves normally; 4. Those who have recently taken drugs that affect the central nervous system; Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Those who refuse to participate in this clinical trial.
