Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosed with chronic heart failure according to the diagnostic criteria of the 2018 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure; (2) Primary school education or above; (3) Age >=60 years; (4) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria:(1) Concurrent severe physical or mental illnesses, such as stroke with limb dysfunction or malignant tumors; (2) Mobility impairments preventing participation in cardiopulmonary exercise; (3) Development of other serious illnesses or accidents during the study that prevent continuation; (4) Participation in other clinical studies within the past month; (5) Vulnerable populations, including individuals with mental illnesses, cognitive impairments, critically ill patients, or pregnant women.
