Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 50-74 years Pulmonary nodule diameter >=3 mm Non-calcified pulmonary nodules

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of prior lung cancer CT contraindications (e.g., pregnancy) Inability to ensure follow-up at the same hospital due to factors such as residential location
