18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 45 years, with a Body Mass Index (BMI) of >=24 kg/m². 2. Absence of severe heart, liver, or kidney insufficiency. 3. No use of medications that may influence weight (such as hormones). 4. Sign the informed consent form and be prepared to complete the research as per the protocol requirements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with type 1 diabetes and those with acute diabetic complications 2. History of severe mental disorders and family history 3. Long-term history of drug abuse 4. Over 45 years old, with poor compliance 5. Pregnancy/lactation period, history of drug allergy, and previous history of bariatric surgery 6. History of malignant tumors, acute or chronic pancreatitis, and thyroid malignancies
