Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Gender is not limited, age >= 18 years; 2.Meet the standards of the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2023" and "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Intracerebral Hemorrhage 2019"; 3.The medical record is complete, including the date of onset, clinical features, and imaging findings.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those with the following diseases: transient ischemic attack (TIA), traumatic intracerebral hemorrhage, secondary hemorrhage caused by brain tumor, cerebrovascular malformation, combined with other serious central nervous system diseases (such as brain tumors, brain trauma) with severe systemic diseases that affect the results of the study; 2.Pregnancy or lactation; 3.Those who are incomplete or missing key data.
