Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Having complete; 2.Postoperative pathological diagnosis confirmed primary hepatocellular carcinomaclinical data; 3.Meets the indications for liver surgery and undergoes liver resection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Preoperative CHILD classification of liver function is B or below or at B level and cannot be converted to A level after drug treatment 2.BCLC grade D advanced hepatocellular carcinoma 3. Exclude mixed hepatocellular carcinoma/cholangiocarcinoma from surgical pathology, No previous history of liver or other upper abdominal surgeries; 4.This surgery does not include planned surgeries of grade = 3 other than cholecystectomy (including planned combined organ resection, lymph node dissection, diaphragm repair, T-tube placement, portal vein thrombectomy, etc.); 5. Admitted for liver cancer surgery due to liver cancer rupture and bleeding.
