15 Years to 25 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged between 15 and 25 years, regardless of gender; 2.Patients with alveolar bone defects due to congenital absence of premolars or with post-extraction socket and alveolar ridge defects; 3.Patients must have bilateral alveolar bone defects.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Clinical examination and X-ray imaging indicate abnormal root development of the premolars; 2.Presence of significant caries, pulpitis, periapical periodontitis, or periodontitis; 3.Patients with systemic diseases, infectious diseases, or who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 4.Patients with mental disorders or intellectual disabilities;
