18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-90 years old, male or female; 2. Maintenance hemodialysis in the hemodialysis center of Huashan Hospital, and the dialysis age is greater than 3 months; 3. The baseline and follow-up information of patients admitted to the hemodialysis center from January 2011 to June 2025 is relatively complete (missing rate < 20%); Patients newly admitted to the hemodialysis center after June 2025 can cooperate with the completion of baseline and follow-up questionnaire interviews, physical examinations, blood draws, and urine retention tests. 4. Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with poor compliance during dialysis or on palliative dialysis; 2.Other conditions deemed inappropriate by the investigator.
