Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: For the exercise intensity assessment study (Part 1): (1) aged >=20 years and =20 years and =24 kg/m^2. For the exercise environment study (Part 3): (1) aged >=20 years and =24 kg/m^2. For the assessment of the effectiveness of digital exercise management tools for diabetes management in the primary care centers (Part 4): (1) aged >=20 years and <75 years; (2) diagnosed with type 2 diabetes who had some read-ability; (3) no regular exercise habits; and (4) signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: For the exercise intensity assessment program (Part 1): (1) individuals who have undergone joint surgery within the last six months; (2) individuals who need to rest in bed and are unable to perform cardiorespiratory fitness tests; (3) type 1 diabetes or special types of diabetes; (4) individuals with unstable conditions such as severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, acute complications of diabetes, acute infections, or neoplastic diseases, individuals who are unable to cooperate with the study, pregnant women, or individuals with poor compliance or participated in other research projects. For the exercise timing study (Part 2): (1) individuals with HbA1c>10.0%; (2) individuals who have undergone joint surgery within the last six months, are required to have bed rest, or are unable to perform cardiopulmonary function tests; (3) individuals who received insulin or GLP-1 agonists treatment; (4) individuals who have type 1 diabetes or other special types of diabetes mellitus; (5) individuals with unstable conditions such as severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, acute complications of diabetes, acute infections, neoplastic diseases, or uncontrolled hypertension (blood pressure >180/110 mmHg), individuals who are unable to cooperate with the study, or pregnant women, (6) individuals with poor compliance or participated in other research projects. For the exercise environment study (Part 3): (1) individuals with HbA1c>10.0%; (2) individuals who have undergone joint surgery within the last six months, are required to have bed rest, or are unable to perform cardiopulmonary function tests; (3) individuals who received insulin or GLP-1 agonists treatment; (4) individuals who have type 1 diabetes or other special types of diabetes mellitus; (5) individuals with unstable conditions such as severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, acute complications of diabetes, acute infections, neoplastic diseases, or uncontrolled hypertension (blood pressure >180/110 mmHg), individuals who are unable to cooperate with the study, or pregnant women, (6) individuals with poor compliance or participated in other research projects. For the assessment of the effectiveness of digital exercise management tools for diabetes management in the primary care centers(Part 4): (1) individuals with HbA1c 13.0%; (2) individuals who underwent joint surgery within the last six months; (3) those who need bed rest or cannot perform cardiopulmonary function tests; (4) type 1 diabetes or special types of diabetes; (5) individuals with unstable conditions such as severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, acute complications of diabetes, acute infections, neoplastic diseases, or uncontrolled hypertension (blood pressure >180/110 mmHg), individuals who are unable to cooperate with the study, or pregnant women, (6) individuals with poor compliance or participated in other research projects.
