Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Over 65 years old; 2.ASA Class I-III; 3.Preoperative MMSE score greater than 26 points; 4.Voluntarily signed the research consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of neurological or psychiatric diseases, or inability to communicate; 2.Severe diseases, such as severe liver or kidney dysfunction; 3.Allergic to the study drugs or having contraindications; 4.Patients refuse to participate in the study,
