Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=60 years old; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic heart failure in the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure 2018; 3. Able to use a smartphone; 4. Patients give informed consent and voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of consciousness or cognitive impairment; 2. Severe liver and kidney failure; 3. Previous history of mental illness; 4. Advanced tumor.
