Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with psoriasis who received guselkumab or secukijol in the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University between January 2022 and December 2023 were included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age<=18 years old; 2. Other types of psoriasis excluding plaque psoriasis (if plaque psoriasis combined with arthropathic psoriasis can be retained); 3Baseline PASI<3; 4. Patients using systemic psoriasis treatment (tretinoin, methotrexate, and phototherapy) during the study or within 3 months prior to enrollment; 5. Patients with incomplete baseline data.
