Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Intestinal Disease Group: 1. Patients diagnosed with colorectal cancer, colorectal adenoma, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), confirmed through clinical symptoms, gastrointestinal endoscopy, histopathological biopsy, and other diagnostic examinations by gastroenterology or gastrointestinal surgery specialists. 2. All participants must be >18 years old and provide written informed consent. Healthy Control Group: 1. Healthy volunteers recruited from health examination centers, with age and gender composition matching that of the patient group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with significant ocular comorbidities or a history of intraocular surgery. 2. Inability to complete required ophthalmic examinations due to systemic conditions or personal reasons. 3. Medical history that may compromise protocol compliance, including: severe psychiatric disorders,cognitive impairment, substance abuse or addiction.

Ocular examination parameters (visual acuity, intraocular pressure, anterior segment photography,ocular surface analyzer examination, tear cytokine testing, fundus color photography, OCT, OCTA).;General clinical parameters: gender, age, place of origin, education level, body mass index, blood pressure, heart rate, smoking history, alcohol consumption,dietary habits and physical activity patterns, history of systemic and ocular diseases, etc.;Intestinal Disease Indicators: diagnosis and relevant medical history of intestinal diseases, previous treatment regimens, routine hematological tests (including complete blood count, coagulation function, liver and kidney function, electrolytes, blood lipids, inflammatory factors and plasma metabolites), fetal tests, colonoscopy findings, pathological results, abdominal imaging examinations, fecal gut microbiota analysis.;
