Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for Alzheimer's disease or mild cognitive impairment; 2. Age >=60 years old 3 Right handed; (Not left-handed) 4. Good general condition and no other diseases that could affect the study (such as serious medical or psychiatric diseases; Traumatic brain injury; No severe alcohol dependence and drug abuse, etc.); 5. Ignoring hearing impairment; 6. Native speaker of Chinese; 7. Agree to do TCD examination, without contraindications to TCD examination; 8. Sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Other neurological diseases that can cause cognitive decline other than suspected early Alzheimer's disease: such as Parkinson's disease, vascular dementia, Huntington's disease, positive-pressure hydrocephalus, brain tumors, progressive supranuclear palsy, epilepsy, subdural hematoma, multiple sclerosis or brain trauma causing neurological damage and other brain structural abnormalities; Other systemic diseases that can cause cognitive decline: Hashimoto's encephalopathy, metabolic encephalopathy, general paresis, anemia, hepatic encephalopathy, renal encephalopathy, etc. Mental disorders: major depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, etc.
