Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age is greater than 50 years old, not lactating or pregnant; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for KOA, which are mainly the diagnostic criteria for KOA in the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoarthritis" formulated by the Orthopedic Branch of the Chinese Medical Association in 2018:
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mental illness or inability to cooperate; 2. Patients who have been allergic to the drugs used in this study in the past; 3. Patients who have received other treatments that will interfere with this study; 4. Have serious underlying diseases, infectious diseases and other surgical contraindications;
