Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age between 0-18 years; Meet the diagnostic criteria of sJIA, fever: unexplained fever (excluding infection, tumor, autoimmune disease or monogenic autoinflammatory disease), record body temperature every day, heat peak >=39°C, at least 1 time per day, drop to 2 weeks (without arthritis); Increased white blood cell count in peripheral blood (>=15×10^9/L); Complete clinical data and long-term follow-up;
