Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. First stroke; 2. Age=20 points; 6. Standing balance ability>=level 2; 7. Lower limb Brunnstrom stage III or above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are emotionally unstable and unable to cooperate with treatment; 2. Severe joint contracture, peripheral nerve injury, history of epilepsy, contraindications to TMS (such as intracranial metal implantation); 3. Those who are not suitable for treatment with other serious diseases, such as severe heart disease.
