Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with brainstem stroke who meet the diagnostic criteria of the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke"; 2. Swallowing angiography shows a diagnosis of moderate to severe dysphagia, and eating at least one food has a risk of aspiration; 3. No contraindications to nasal or phonal organic obstruction; 4. Age 40-70 years old; 5. Within 1 year of the course of the disease; 6. Able to comply with the requirements of the executive therapist and adhere to treatment; 7. Patients or their families have signed the informed consent form and meet the requirements of medical ethics.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with cardiopulmonary decompensation, infectious diseases, fever, extreme weakness and various bleeding tendencies, and those who have had major epilepsy in the past week; 2. Multiple cerebral infarction lesions, cortex, cerebellum, thalamus and other lesions; 3. Previous history of cerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, brain tumor, brain trauma and other neuropsychiatric diseases; 4. Patients with previous nasopharyngeal cancer radiotherapy and head and neck cancer lesions; 5. Previous history of dysphagia; Combined with cognitive dysfunction and aphasia; 6. Severe cardiovascular and lung renal complications; 7. Those who cannot cooperate with examination and treatment.
