Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adolescent patients wearing orthokeratology lenses >=12 months; 2. Age 8-12 years old; 3. Corneal curvature between 39.00~48.00 D; 4. Wear glasses >=6 days a week; 5. Use designated lens care products; 6. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have used antibiotic eye drops in the past 1 month; 2. Those with a history of corneal surgery or trauma; 3. Those with active ocular surface infection, severe dry eye, meibomian gland dysfunction; 4. Combined with systemic immune or metabolic diseases; 5. Those who have obvious poor compliance and improper nursing behavior during the wearing process.
