Thoracic surgery

Interventions

Propofol disodium group:At the end of the surgery, 7.5mg/kg of propofol disodium was intravenously injected.
Normal saline group:At the end of the surgery, the same volume of normal saline was injected intravenously

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Sign the informed consent form; 2. Patients scheduled to undergo general anesthesia thoracoscopic surgery; 3. Expected operation time >= 30 minutes; 4. Age between 18 and 65 years old; 5. ASA I-III grade; 6. BMI 18–30 kg/m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 2. History of mental illness or long-term use of psychotropic drugs (dementia, schizophrenia), history of alcohol abuse; 3. Known or suspected allergy to propofol disodium or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs before the operation; 4. Patients with cognitive dysfunction; 5. Have undergone general anesthesia or sedation procedures within one month before the operation; 6. Participated in other drug clinical studies within the past 30 days; 7. Have language communication disorders and are unable to complete the assessment of cognitive recovery quality.
