Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 It complies with the T2DM diagnostic criteria jointly issued by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the American Diabetes Association (ADA) in 1999; 2 Have complete electronic medical record system (EMR) records and follow-up data for >=6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, gestational diabetes, and other special types of diabetes; 2 Stress-induced hyperglycemic state secondary to other diseases; 3 Planned readmission; 4 Missing medical record data.
