Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily signed informed consent for tocilizumab treatment; 2. Age <= 18; 3. Patients who were admitted to the Department of Pediatrics, Nanfang Hospital, Southern Medical University, from July 2018 to June 2023, and have been missing for more than one year; 4. Patients who have undergone first-time allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation with a myeloablative conditioning regimen and who develop cytokine release syndrome within 1 week after stem cell infusion;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Post-fludarabine and cyclophosphamide conditioning regimen; 2. The main diagnoses are immunodeficiency diseases, solid tumors, hemophilic syndrome, chronic activated Epstein-Barr virus infection, etc; 3. Autologous stem cell transplantation, secondary or tertiary allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation; 4. The electronic medical record system has no records or important data is missing;
